Complaint
At PsyNoord, you can submit a complaint if you are not satisfied. Below is our complaints procedure, in accordance with the Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz):
Step 1: Discuss your complaint with your therapist
We recommend first discussing your complaint directly with your therapist. An open conversation can often lead to a resolution.
Step 2: Contact the clinic director
If the discussion with your therapist does not lead to a resolution, you can contact the director of PsyNoord, Dr. Tania Liguori, via email: info@psynoord.com. Use our contact form on the website and select the "Complaint" option, or send an email directly to this address. Your message will be handled with priority. Please note: we do not offer telephone complaint handling.
Step 3: Conflicts Committee
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can submit it to the GGZ Kwaliteitsstatuut. Contact details: visit https://ggzkwaliteitsstatuut.nl.
