Lesson 1 — Career Direction: Objective & Vision

Welcome to Day 1 of Silver. This lesson is about getting clarity, fast — without overthinking.

Two concepts you'll define today:

1) Objective — your target roles. Pick a maximum of 2 to 3 specific roles you want to apply to in the next 30 days. Examples: "Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS)", "Growth Marketing Lead", "Operations Manager (logistics)". Be concrete. Vague targets ("something in tech") create vague applications.

2) Vision — where you want to be in 3 to 5 years. This is the strategic direction. You may enter the market at a slightly lower level than your vision, on purpose, to gain leverage and learn. That's not a step back — that's strategic positioning.

Important: clarity comes before perfection. You don't need to know every detail of your career path. You just need enough direction to start applying this week.

Action: write your Objective (2–3 target roles) and Vision (long-term direction) in your Career Plan v1 template. The bot will share the template if you ask.

Mindset: "Done is better than perfect. You enter the market this week."
